                                                                                         Our Event / Ticket Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. War sickness, traffic, schedule change, death will not be considered. *When purchasing on-line tickets you will need to print off the confirmation to bring with you for check-in purposes. Should we need to verify your purchase and you do not have your confirmation, we will need to charge you the full "door price". 

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are for the event for which they were purchased and are not transferable to alternative events or events it is collaborating on. 

Uncorked Chicago is not able to provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. However, if you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased a ticket, Uncorked Chicago welcomes and encourages you to substitute a friend in your place. Note that any repayment to you of the ticket price by your replacement is strictly a transaction between you and the person utilizing your ticket. 

Uncorked Chicago accepts no responsibility for this transaction. Please advise your replacement that s/he will need to let the event receptionists know that s/he is attending the event on (one of) your ticket(s). Must be 21 or older to attend / participate.

EVENT ATTENDEE BY PURCHASING TICKETS ON OUR SITE OR AT THE DOOR THE NIGHT OF ANY AND ALL OF OUR WINE TASTING EVENTS ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THEY ARE ATTENDING, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. EVENT ATTENDEE VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, LEAGUE, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, WINDY CITY PRODUCTIONS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, CLUB, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY EVENT ATTENDEE FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.

Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the event purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or any other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS AUTHORIZED BY THE SELLER OF THE EVENT OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
